Rock the Halls

At Declo Elementary, when a student reads a lot of books, they get to "Rock the Halls."  "Rock the Halls" is a chance for the recognized student to run through an arch made by students and parents of the school who cheer, slap hands, and shake pom-poms.  

James received this honor November.  He are the pictures to show his experience.

James also lost a tooth that day.  He had been playing with it since the start of school.

Declo Volleyball Team Repeats as 2A District IV Champion

DECLO — Declo finished a near-flawless conference volleyball season, repeated as district champs and are now headed back to state.

The Hornets (14-6), who only dropped two sets all season against Canyon Conference competition, swept through the District IV tournament and beat Glenns Ferry 25-17, 25-12, 25-15 in the championship match Wednesday.

 District Champs!  Hurrah!!
